Support and callback information notice

Product enquiries

The assistant answers questions using the product information on the website. When a model is not connected or is temporarily unavailable, the reply is clearly labelled as product information. Conversations are held temporarily in service memory and expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Only the most recent 10 exchanges are retained, and they are not added to a customer callback record without your permission. Please do not provide contact details, personal health information or other sensitive information in the chat.

Callback requests

When you submit a request and select the consent checkbox, HYX Technology saves your name, contact details, product interest and description of your needs, as well as the company name and preferred contact time you choose to provide, to arrange a business callback. The most recent 10 chat exchanges are saved with your request only if you separately select Share this conversation. Business staff can view the information, record follow-up actions and export it.

Processing and retention

When the AI model is connected, product enquiries are processed by a model deployed by the company, without using a third-party cloud model. Contact forms are not sent to the model. Callback data is stored in the company's support service, retained for 90 days and automatically cleared when that period ends. The company should apply the same retention period to files exported by business staff. Necessary backups should also be included in the expiry cleanup process.

To correct your information, withdraw callback consent or request deletion, please contact business@hyx-technology.com or 022-8727 3393 and provide your enquiry reference and the information needed to verify your identity. Assistant replies are for product consultation. Actual specifications, prices and delivery times are subject to confirmation by the company.
